Web Based Reports

Reporting

Sample reports can be customized to accommodate the needs of your agency. Negative and positive results are securely faxed, emailed or uploaded to a Web Based Reporting Site after screening or confirmation. Results can be mailed within 24 hours after testing when requested. Summary reports are available upon request and can be faxed, emailed or viewed On-Line at Forensic Laboratories. Web Based Reporting Sitel. Upon request, Forensic Laboratories will generate monthly and/or quarterly statistical data reports on the efficacy of your agencies program(s).

The following information may be included:

Number of individual tests.
Number of screening tests for each substance and that percentage of total screening tests.
Number of confirmatory tests for each substance and that percentage of total confirmatory tests.
Number of screening tests for each substance and the number and percentage of positive/negative results of the total screening tests for that substance.
Number of confirmatory tests for each substance and the number and percentage of positives/negative results of the total confirmatory tests for that substance.
Total number and percentage of samples that could not be tested because the sample had/was abnormal creatinine level/adulterated/diluted.
Total number and percentage of samples that could not be tested because of a chain of custody error.
