Expert Testimony

Deposition

Deposition is sometimes necessary to determine if any case warrants a court appearance.
Fee normally runs - $1000.00 - $1500.00 per case per day for the Denver, CO and surrounding suburbs. This variation depends on the complexity and the type of case.
Out of town depositions require a travel fee plus lodging, if necessary, charges will vary depending on location. To save costs, you may arrange for our travel and lodging. Otherwise, we can arrange it for you. If the latter is chosen, the fee will be the cost of flight and/or lodging + 15 % of the total cost of flight and/or lodging.

Legal Expert Witness

A legal expert witness from a Board Certified Forensic Toxicologist is available for most cases. Please contact Forensic Laboratories for consultation with one of our Client Services Representatives. The case, fees, travel expense, etc. will be discussed and arrangements can be made to accommodate these needs.

There are no charges for initial consultation. The legal expert fee ranges between $110.00-$400.00 per hour depending on the complexity of the case. The hourly charged is time spent on research, travel, court appearance, report generation and preparation.
