Our staff recognizes that customer service is your number one priority. We have dedicated professional Client Service Representatives that are available to assist you with reporting test results, specimen collection, billing, taking phone orders and meeting your supply needs.
STATE OF THE ART REPORTING
Reports can be customized to accommodate the needs of your agency. Negative and positive results are faxed, emailed or web reported free of charge after confirmation. Results can be mailed by the United State Postal Servcie within 24 hours after testing for a small shipping fee. Summary reports are available upon your request and can be faxed or emailed with your reports free of charge. Specimens that have tested positive for one or more drugs are stored in a secured freezer for a minimum of 6 months. Longer storage times are available and may be requested for an additional fee.
SUPPLIES AND SHIPPING
Forensic Laboratories provides all necessary supplies for specimen collection free of charge. Shipping charges for supplies are not included. Supplies are shipped within 48 hours after the request. Specimen transport to the laboratory is free of charge by overnight courier service for clients that qualify with a minimum shipment of ten (10) specimen samples. Prepaid postage box mailers are available free of charge when sample volumes are below ten (10) samples per shipment. Agencies have the option to ship samples overnight when minimum volumes are not met for a small fee. The specimen mailing procedures utilized by Forensic Laboratories are approved by the shipping vendor(s) and the United States Postal Service.
