Collection Site Training

Forensic Laboratories offers several choices in collection site training services, including on-site, at Forensic Laboratories or at an agencies facility. Pick-up service for specimens collected by an organization's staff is also available.

The integrity and chain of custody of the specimen and the confidentiality of the individual is a top priority for Forensic Laboratories. Our collection policies and procedures follow the strictest guidelines, ensuring the highest quality and most accurate testind and collection results. We handle every specimen with the same chain-of-custody precision demanded by the strictest courts. (Poor collection techniques and mistakes in chain-of-custody forms are the leading causes for dismissal of evidence in court cases.)

Non-DOT Drug Testing Policy Fee's

1-10 Employees $350.00* and up
10-50 Employees $495.00* and up
100-500 Employees $600.00* and up

Attorney Reviews or Pass Through fees start at $200.00 and are Highly Recommended. * This covers Colorado (one state), and if you have employees in other states, (or need additional states added), an additional fee of $100 per State will apply and be added as an Addendum.

Training Schedules Fee’s

Employee Training takes 1-2 hours and fees run $40.00 per person. Flat rates for large groups are available. Typically no more than 25 people per instructor per session.

Supervisor Training approximately takes 4 hours and fees run $60.00 per person. Flat rates for large groups are available. Typically no more than 15 people per instructor per session.

* The training sessions will cover communication and orientation of the policy. The Supervisor training will also include Employee Training.
**Travel costs are not included in the above pricing.
